Mini Chocolate Pots
Ingredients
- Thick Cream (1-2 Cups)
- Flavoring (Preferably Vanilla) - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate (175g Plain)
- Cups (Espresso, Coffee, Ramekins)
Method of Preparation
Place 300ml of thick cream and vanilla flavoring in a pan and bring to the boil
Remove from heat and add 175g of chocolate and stir till smooth
Pour into cups and chill for 30 minutes until firm
