Easy Cake Pops
Ingredients
- Cake
- Cake Frosting - 1/4 cup
- Chocolate (175g Plain)
- Baking Sheet
- Sprinkles
Method of Preparation
Break the cake into fine crumbs. Add a quarter cup of frosting and mix with a spoon until well combined to form a moist dough
Mould into 1/2 inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Pit into the fridge until they are set but not frozen, about 30 minutes
Fill a small bowl with sprinkles. In another bowl melt the chocolate. Turn every 30 seconds until smooth
Dip lollipop sticks into the chocolate and put into the balls gently. Roll the cake pops into the chocloate till it covers completely, then tap gently to remove the excess. Immediately dip insprinkles and set upright till it starts to set
