Melting Moments
Ingredients
- Flour - 1 cup
- Flavoring (Preferably Vanilla) - 1 tablespoon
- Corn Starch - 1/4 cup
- Powdered Sugar - ½ cup
- Unsalted Butter - 1 cup
Method of Preparation
Whip butter and sugar for 4-5 minutes. Add vaniila extract and mix. Add corn starch and half a cup of flour. Mix well. Add the rest of the flour and mix until smooth
Use a piping bag with any tip you like to make cookies, or using an ice-cream scoop, scoop out one spoon of the batter onto a sheet tray
Bake 20 minutes at 180°C
Serve with Milk
