Ingredients

• Whole Chicken (Clean and Gutted)
• Chicken Spices (whatever you prefer)
• Garlic - 1 head
• Onion - 2 pc
• Cabbage - 1 head

Method of Preparation

Wipe the chicken. Push cloves of garlic between the skin and flesh of the chicken

Stuff an onion into the cavity of the chicken. Sprinkle with yout favorite spices inside and outside the chicken

Wrap cabbage leaves around the chicken. Wrap 2 layers of aluminium foil around the chicken and freeze 2 hours or overnight

Bake and serve
