Ingredients

• Eggs - 3
• Vanilla - 1 tablespoon
• Butter - 1 stick
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Buttermilk - 1 cup
• Flour - 1/4 cup
• Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
• Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
• Pie Crust (Unbaked)

Method of Preparation

Beat 3 eggs till frothy. Add butter, sugar and flour and whisk. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla, lemon juice and nutmeg

Pour into a pie dish lined with pie crust and bake until center is firm, at least 40-60 minutes.
