Fried Noodles
Ingredients
- Noodle Pack (A pack or two)
- Onion (Small, Diced)
- Pepper (Fresh or Grounded, according to your heat level)
- Meat(cut-up into bite-sized)
- Vegetable Oil - 1-2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Hot Water
Method of Preparation
Break the noodles into a bowl. Add salt and pour in hot water. Leave for 5 minutes, then strain
To a pan on medium heat, add the oil, allow to heat up and then add the chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes to brown on all sides. If you have cooked chicken available, cut it up into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
With the residual oil in the pan, add the onions and pepper
Turn the heat to low, then add the noodles, and the spice packet
Mix well until every noodle is coated with the spice mix
Add a bit ow water, and allow to cook till it dries off
Serve hot. Garnish with spring onions. tomatoes or peas
