Crumbed Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- Egg - 1
- Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Breast - 8 pieces
Method of Preparation
Mix an egg in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix bread crumbsand vegetable oil.
Dip the washed and patted dry breasts one by one in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumbs.
If you have an air fryer, fry at 165°F or with a small amount ofmoil in a frying pan on low-medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side
Serve with any chicken dip of your choice
